Please fill out form below to order a new uniform, just shorts, or just a jersey for your player. All players must have a uniform to participate in games. Sisters who are NOT in grades back-to-back will be assigned the same number. Please feel free to reach out if you need more uniform sizing information or suggestions. Consider the slightly larger measurement/size for your daughter so that she may get a couple years wear. A pin here or there on a shirt or shorts is much better than a uniform that is too small. We will not be able to make exchanges.
