Starting in November, we’ll be offering a revamped version of our Elements course for folks who are new to CrossFit (or for those who need/want a little refresher before jumping back in). This plan is designed to prepare participants to move safely and efficiently in our CrossFit classes across 4 Elements classes while also giving access to Boot Camp and Yoga along the way.
