CrossFit DC Welcome Plan

Starting in November, we’ll be offering a revamped version of our Elements course for folks who are new to CrossFit (or for those who need/want a little refresher before jumping back in). This plan is designed to prepare participants to move safely and efficiently in our CrossFit classes across 4 Elements classes while also giving access to Boot Camp and Yoga along the way.

What's included in the CrossFit DC Welcome Plan?
  • The $199 Welcome Plan includes access to..

    • Elements A, B, C and D

    • Boot Camp

    • Yoga for Athletes

    • Bring a Friend Day (monthly offering)

I signed up, what's next?
  • Once the plan is active, you'll be able to register for classes and view/log workouts with the CrossFit DC app for iPhone or Android

    • We recommend completing the Elements classes in ~ 2 weeks, but the pace is up to you as long as you complete within 30 days (in any order - these do not need to be taken sequentially).

    • Morning, mid-morning and evening options are available at both locations every week. You can see the full schedule here. We recommend filtering the calendar to your desired location (H St NE or U St NW) to simplify the view.

I completed all 4 Elements classes, what's next?
  • After completing Elements A, B, C and D (in any order), you're eligible to sign up for any of our full access plans!
