CEDSOC Peer Application Support Program: Master of Landscape Architecture
Welcome, prospective MLA student!

The College of Environmental Design Students of Color (CEDSOC) organization strives to support and recruit students from underrepresented backgrounds to attend graduate school in architecture, landscape architecture and city and regional planning at UC Berkeley. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in being connected with a current MLA student who can provide application support to you. Please note that this does not guarantee admission.

Students of color, low-income, under-represented and first-generation college students are highly encouraged to participate. We're here to support you!

What to expect:
Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) applicants can review their Personal Statements, Statements of Purpose, and/or Portfolios with current students and discuss the process of applying to the program(s).

Timeline:
Oct 1-29: Applicants show interest and indicate type of need through this form
Nov 1-5: Current students invite applicants to share materials and coordinate time to meet
thru Nov 26: Current students review applicants' materials
Dec 15: MLA Application Due

Please note: current students have finals scheduled Dec 1-15 and will have limited capacity to review materials or set up meetings with applicants during this time.

If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to Dana Tinio, danatinio@berkeley.edu. Thanks!
