Polaris K-12 Middle School Course Request • 2021-22

Polaris students who will be in middle school in the 2021-22 school year must complete the following questions which will help us create a schedule to best meet your needs. All middle schoolers will be scheduled to take 1 unit of Language Arts, 1 unit of Social Studies, 1-2 unit(s) of Math and 1 unit of Science, plus PE and electives.
