Using only the best ingredients , the Master Chefs have meticulously created a wide array of lava mooncake collection, that has the lava effect even under room temperature.

Lava Mooncakes

In 2019, Imperial Patisserie’s Lava Mooncake has won the world’s highest award – ‘The Grand Gold’. For the first time in the past 59 years, the first mooncake has ever won this highest honour and they are also honoured to receive this recognition for the fourth consecutive year. (2019-2022)

Only French natural butter and top salted egg yolk secret fillings are used. The silky Lava Custard effect enhances the rich egg custard flavour and salty scent of salted egg yolk from the inside out.

Our Master Chefs have meticulously selected the top notch lotus seeds and salted egg yolks with traditional craftsmanship, created the white lotus pastes that has a smooth consistency.

Our White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake with Two Yolks won the remarkable honour of “The Gold Award” and is Halal Certified as well.

Low Sugar Series

Imperial Patisserie’s Low Sugar Mooncakes are made with natural maltitol.

Our Master Chefs kept revising the formula of the Low Sugar series and successfully reduced the sugar level to be within 5% while retaining its delicacy and flavour.
