June 7: Introduction to Multifunction Cookers
Learn what multifunction cookers are and what they do. We will explore different ways to use these appliances, and we will demo how to make Beef Stew in a multifunction cooker.

June 14: Tips and Tricks, and Nutritional Benefits of Eating Beef
Learn some helpful tips and tricks when using a multifunction cooker, health benefits of eating beef, and the proper preparation of round beef cuts. We will also demonstrate how to make a Beef Pot Roast in a multifunction cooker.

June 21: All About Beef Cuts
Learn how to identify more lean and inexpensive cuts of beef and where different cuts are located on the animal. We will demonstrate how to make Athenian Meatloaf in a multifunction cooker.
