Thank you for your interest in membership with the League of Enchantment: Chicago! Please know that we are a volunteer group of like-minded individuals with a vision to spread joy and cosplay with others. A lot of what we do is very fun, such as comic cons and movie premiers, but we also do a lot of hard stuff too.

We make regular visits to hospitals, participate in Relay For Life walks and attend cancer fundraisers. At these events we often meet survivors and their loved ones, and ill children, which can often be hard to deal with emotionally and mentally. This can be a struggle for some individuals. If you are accepted as a member, please make sure to mention if this may be an issue.

The League of Enchantment is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission to work together in Michigan and Chicago with local hospitals, Make-A-Wish, Put on the Cape, and community organizations and events to bring hope and smiles to kids, and kids at heart. Whether it is a smile, hug, photo, or a simple conversation with a child, we are here to make a difference in their lives all through the power of cosplay.
