It
would be a good idea to have a partner in mind to work with - one can
lift and the other can judge and you switch each after each lift. Rest
will be longer than the prescribed 5 min (closer to 7) so that we can
have the 2 flights switching off.
A single flight takes 50 minutes so
plan to be here for at least an hour plus warm up. We will have a few
volunteer judges as well. Once we have an idea of numbers, we can figure
out the finer details.
This
will be a no pressure, fun event! No winners, just a chance to lift
with your kettlebell pals and push your limits. Let's see if you can
beat your score from last year.
