I hereby waive and release AVON HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR and THE VILLAGE OF AVON,
their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors,
and assigns (collectively “Releasees”), from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action (“Claims”) in respect to personal injury, property damage or death arising from my participation in the 2025 AVON ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE (“Activity”), notwithstanding that any Claim may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of
any of the Releasees.
I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any liability incurred by any, each, or all of them arising as a result of or in any way connected to my participation in the Activity.
I hereby voluntarily, and at my own risk, execute this release in sole consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activity. I execute this document in my capacity within the organization which I represent, and by executing this document, I indicate my authority to enter into such an agreement on behalf of the organization. The release shall be deemed to cover each
and every participant from my organization in the Activity. I have their permission to execute this release on their behalf.
I have read and understood the foregoing, and acknowledge my consent to the terms of this release by indicating my agreement on the registration website. The digital acknowledgment shall have the same force and effect as my signature.
