YOU MUST TURN IN A SIGNED LIABILITY WAIVER AND PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE BEFORE THE DEADLINE FOR YOUR PLAYER TO BE PUT ON A TEAM!

Waivers and payments may be dropped off at our office (3215 W. Sylvania Ave., Toledo, OH 43613).

We are ALWAYS looking for volunteer coaches! It is a fun, active way to be a part of your player's soccer experience. Our professional staff is also here to help you. We will provide the basic knowledge and can provide basic equipment for coaching!
