Pet MUST be on leash or in a suitable carrier while waiting. 8. NO ANIMAL can be left unattended in a vehicle while parked at the fairgrounds.10. Committee members and/or judge reserve the right to disqualify any pet for health, behavior or any other reason deemed dangerous or necessary for the protection of the public and other animals. *
