Hall of Fame Awards and Recognition 2021-22 Registration Form 
Thank you for your interest in attending the Hall of Fame Awards and Recognition 2021-22 on Saturday, February 11, 2023, 11:30 am - 2:30 pm PST.  This will be a hybrid event held at Luigi's Warehouse in Bakersfield (725 East 19th Street, Bakersfield, CA 93305) (phone: 661-322-0926). Please join us --- in person or virtually -- to celebrate and recognize the achievements of District 33 members, clubs, and district leaders in 2021-22!

In-person attendance includes lunch and a no-host bar. The lunch is a buffet with a selection of salads, pasta, chicken, and tri-tip. Each D33 member attending onsite is limited to one non-Toastmaster guest. In-person lunch seats are limited and registration (by completing and submitting this form) is required by Thursday, February 9th at 11:59 pm PST

Completion of this registration form is required for onsite and virtual attendance.

Virtual attendance (via zoom) will be only for the Awards and Recognition Program from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm.  A separate zoom registration is required to attend the Awards and Recognition Program virtually (as detailed below in this form).

The event schedule is as follows (times are PST):

11:00 am            On-Site Early Check-In/Social Gathering (at Luigi's Warehouse) 

11:30 am            Lunch (included for D33 members and one guest (non-Toastmaster)

12:30 pm            Awards and Recognition Program for 2021-22 

2:30 pm              Program Ends

We encourage those attending in person to stay overnight. The Marriott at the Convention Center in Bakersfield is close to Luigi's Warehouse. There are other hotels as well to choose from.  Hotel reservations are at the attendees' cost.
