All applications will be reviewed by the current LAUNCH leadership team & staff.

The next step will be a personal interview that will be with current LAUNCH leadership team & staff.

After all interviews of current applicants are finished the current LAUNCH leadership team & staff will pray over and consider each applicant.

Current LAUNCH leadership team & staff will then decide from the applicants who will be the next LAUNCH leadership team.

This is not a popularity contest or always an easy decision but one that we pray for God's direction & guidance in.
