Bargaining 2025: QTBIPOC Listening Session
We are bargaining with Multnomah County for our 2025 - 2028 contract, and our first session was February 27th. Although we've already started bargaining, member feedback will still be informing our proposals.

We want to share information about the bargaining process, and we want to hear from diverse voices within our workforce. We especially want to connect with and hear from AFSCME Local 88 represented employees (members or not) who are Queer and/or Trans; Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color

Your voice is important to Local 88 and to this process, please join us in solidarity!

Important: Participation in this session must be on your personal time. You may attend during your breaks, lunch or other off-duty hours. If needed, you may also join with supervisor approval. Feel free to join when you can and stay as long as you are able.

Day: Tuesday, March 18th
Time:  12pm - 2pm
Where:  Virtual Google Meeting
