"New Friends" are DP0 delegates who are new to working with Rubin Observatory and the LSST (or returning after a hiatus), who have not yet or just recently joined an LSST Science Collaboration, or who are not yet active in their Science Collaboration and are looking to get more involved. Science Collaboration Representatives, "SC Reps", are current Science Collaboration members.
