The ESG PTA is happy to offer its Music Program after regular school hours in Spring Term 2020. If you would like to enroll your child, kindly fill in your information and submit this form. Use one form per child. Full information on the different music classes can be requested by emailing PTA Music (esgptamusic@gmail.com).

Registration is binding, the course fee has to be paid before the first lesson. The music term starts on Week 8 (17-21 February 2020). We will send you an e-mail confirming your child’s place in the program, as well as payment details once we have compiled the results.
