Dear IN WDSTK Members & Partners,
One of IN WDSTK’s initiatives each year is to raise funds for the Woodstock Public Safety Foundation in support of their Shop with a Hero program through our annual Jingle Mingle Event. Shop with a Hero provides for children to be able to shop for gifts for the holiday season. To help raise additional funds this year, IN WDSTK will also be holding an online silent auction and live silent auction during our Jingle Mingle Event on Thursday, December 1st.
It would be greatly appreciated if you would please consider contributing to our effort with a gift basket or other gift item. Your donation will be showcased at our Jingle Mingle Event -Thursday, December 1st at Reformation Brewery from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. We will also promote your donation/business on our website, and social media; a great way to acknowledge your business and show our appreciation for your donation.
If this may be of interest to you, please complete and submit this form by Friday, November 18, 2022 and leave your Auction Donation at our Woodstock Visitor Center no later than NOON, Friday, November 25, 2022. Woodstock Visitor Center is located at 8588 Main Street and is open Monday – Saturday, 10:00am – 5:00pm.
