Intent to Participate - Please note: This survey does not act as registration for your child.

We are asking our membership to complete this survey to gauge the level of interest to participate in the upcoming Fall Field Lacrosse season. The results of this survey will be used to inform the league (OMFLL) as to what teams at each level that CWMLA will be registering.

The season will begin September 4 through to Provincials held on Thanksgiving weekend (October 10th). All games will be played in Brampton at the Creditview Fields. U9, U11, U13 games will be played on Saturdays and U15, U17 on Sundays.

Hopefully you all share this excitement and we will see it in the survey results. It is crucial we have your survey response ASAP. We are hopeful that we will have enough interest from these survey results to enter a team at every age group. Please share with family and friends!
