Urban Agenda 2030 & my town
At the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Summit, on September 25, 2015 in New York, 193 Heads of State and Government of UN member countries adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which was specified in 17 Sustainable Development Goals made up of a total of 169 goals, as a common strategy for all countries in order to achieve equitable development.
The approach of the Urban Agenda 2030 must encourage the participation of all local actors for the construction of an integrated vision of the territory that allows the deployment of productive activities and employment in each local area, without losing importance to social aspects, institutional and cultural. Similarly, the participation of experts from the local corporation in each of the areas is essential.
The necessary work is currently being carried out to achieve said Urban Agenda 2030. One of the transversal axes is participation, since it cannot be a plan with its back to the population and agents of the municipality. For this reason, we thank you for taking a couple of minutes to respond, since our ability to continue improving for the present and future of the municipality depends on it.
