> Are knowledgable about aviation and recognize different aircraft types and airlines.
> Are experts in After Effects, Blender, Manim, and/or another animation software.
> Are experts in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro and/or another video editing software (preference is given to those with knowledge of FCPX).
> Care deeply about clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
> Care deeply about elegance and artistry.
> Have a great feel for timing and composition of scenes.
> Excel in at least one animation style -  from cartoonish 2D to photorealistic 3D and everything in between.
> Have experience animating complex technical/aviation-related content.
> Can work both independently and in a team.
> Can take ownership of their work and meet tight deadlines.
