United Women Singapore's Gender Equality Impact Awards aim to recognise organisations and individuals in Singapore who promote gender equality through initiatives they championed, inspiring steps they have taken, and everyday actions resulting in positive change for the community.

Award Categories:

Gender Equality Impact@Work (Organisations with over 200 employees globally)
This category calls for nominations of organisations that hold all their employees accountable for gender equality and inclusion, have a balanced leadership team, equal representation on diversity committees (or similar) and gender-neutral hiring practices. Similar initiatives or concrete plans to achieve the above criteria are also welcome.

Gender Equality Impact Male Changemaker
This nominee has influenced and/or made significant contributions that encourage diversity and inclusion. He is an active promoter of equal opportunity and has a history of championing gender equality in his organisation and/or community.
 
Gender Equality Impact Female Changemaker
This nominee has influenced and/or made significant contributions that encourage diversity and inclusion. As a trailblazer, she has inspired others to be actively involved in the gender equality space or driven women’s empowerment in the organisation and/or her community.
