Urbana Community Needs Assessment
The City of Urbana and Urbana HOME Consortium (comprised of the City of Urbana, the City of Champaign, and Champaign County Regional Planning Commission) are seeking citizen input regarding community needs. The City of Urbana is working to develop the 2023/2024 Annual Action Plan, which outlines the goals and budget for activities funded through the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

All responses will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to help City staff determine how to best utilize HUD funding in the community.
