Our identities are currency these days. The music industry has changed, and more important now than ever are teamwork and the promotion of mutually beneficial, deep seeded personal relationships with peers and potential mentors. Combined with a fierce passion for music of all forms, we believe that cultivating these unique relationships will foster growth not only in our local USC community, but ultimately lead to unique, enriching, and lucrative music industry opportunities in the greater Los Angeles area and beyond. We want to create a more open minded and inclusive space where we all look out for each other, and our mentorship program is our way of tackling this challenge head on. As a non-profit membership organization, the FAM aims to change the behavior in the music industry in favor of a more collaborative and positive approach. We are bringing the music industry family together to break down the unhealthy competitive nature - making it more mentally healthy and accessible for all.
