The 16U is a high school division- any player that plays for their high school is eligible to play in the 16U division.

• 1 Umpire per game included - No need to have cash on hand - Lady Diamond Pros will pay umpires
• Game ball - 1 new game ball per game

 - must be submitted by June 23, with additional Insured Diamond Pros 248-54 89th Ave, Bellerose, NY 11426


ASA rules
 -Roster and birth certificates must be on hand
 -Coin flip for home or away
 -Mercy Rule: 8 after 5 innings
 -Game times 1:25 finish the inning or 7 complete innings within that time (max game time 1:45)
- Games can end in a tie
 -No Protests. Umpire's decision is final
 -10u only - no mercy rule, Five run Rule: 5 runs scored max per inning, unlimited runs only in the 7th inning if
                    reached

Unforeseen Circumstances: If Lady Diamond Pros cancels; you will receive a full refund.
 
Refund Policy: (if you cancel)
Any cancellation made 30 days prior to the event- refund minus $50.00 processing fee
Any cancellation made 15-30 days prior to the event- 50% refund will be issued
Any Cancellation made 7-14 days prior to the event - no refund, credit for 1 year.
Any Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the event - NO Refund, NO Credit.

Inclement Weather:
If rain comes into play, we will do everything we can to keep the original game schedule, but if needed game times or schedule format might need to be adjusted.
For Triple Headers (0 games played: refund less 50.00 administration fee; 1 game played: refund 150.00; 2 games played: 1 game credit for 1 year; no other refunds will be made)

Lady Diamond Pros has the right to make any adjustments or changes to benefit this event.
