Red Carpet and Ride & Shine Fundraising Terms & Conditions
In order to partner with Red Carpet and Ride & Shine for fundraising your organization must agree to the following terms and conditions:

-Fundraiser opportunities are expressly intended for Central San Joaquin Valley youth, 18 years or younger, schools or non-profit organizations.

-Non-profit organizations may NOT have paid coaches, staff or administrators.

-100% of all profits must go towards the benefit of the youth.

-The Fundraiser ticket entitles the bearer to two car washes; a BETTER Full-Service car wash (a $28.99 value) and a BEST Express Exterior wash (a $15 value) for a total value of $43.99. Each ticket sells for $19 with the proceeds split $9 to Red Carpet Car Wash and $10 to the organization/school.

-The sales period can be no longer than thirty days.

-The organization leadership/school administration has approved the Fundraising Coordinator's plan to raise money for their youth program by selling Red Carpet Car Washing tickets.

-The Fundraising Coordinator agrees to be the sole custodian of the car wash tickets and sales proceeds, and as the responsible party promises to make up any shortages at settlement.

-Qualifying organizations with no previous experience with Red Carpet Fundraising and not directly affiliated with a school or organized non-profit are asked to pre-pay 25% of the ticket value when picking up tickets.
