Soccer is a reasonably safe activity as long as certain guidelines are followed. It is both an aerobic and anaerobic activity that can significantly improve muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. In a competitive environment, it can be played in a very fast-paced and aggressive manner. If your child has any physical condition that precludes him/her from participating fully in this soccer program, he/she should not participate. By deciding to participate, you are acknowledging that your child is both physically fit and skilled enough to play in a safe and responsible manner.
Although the likelihood is minimized if your child participates carefully, there is always the possibility of injury when you place extra demands on the muscles, bones, joints, and ligaments in a competitive environment. Injuries that can occur in soccer include but are not necessarily limited to the following: blisters, muscle strains, ligament and joint sprains, joint soreness, abrasions, contusions, stress fractures, broken bones, head, neck, and spinal cord injuries involving paralysis, and even death. However, if you exercise care for your safety and the safety of your teammates and opponents, the likelihood of such injuries is greatly reduced.
By signing this form and agreeing to the participation of your child in this SUSA program, you are acknowledging that you know, understand, and appreciate the risks inherent in the sport of soccer. Further, you agree to accept and assume those risks on behalf of your participating child, and you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Soccer4kids KG, the organisers, promoters, volunteers, other participants, officials, sponsors, and everyone else associated with us for any loss, claim, or injury that you or your child might suffer by participating in this soccer program. You agree to be completely responsible for any injuries your child sustains as a result of participating in this program, regardless of the cause or nature of those injuries.
The person whose sign this registration form assures that he / she has read this form carefully and has decided to enrol his/her child voluntarily and according to the stipulations as described in this document. They acknowledge that their questions and concerns, if any, have been answered to their satisfaction.

COVID-19: Despite the best efforts of SUSA, SUSA coaches, parents and players, you also understand the potential risks involved in my child resuming training sessions with SUSA. Therefore I declare that my child will take part on the trainings at my own responsibility and risk. I also confirm that I will notify SUSA as soon as possible should my child or anyone in my family or social circle contract COVID-19.

SUSA also endeavours to capture the action and spirit of our programs with controlled photography.
Photos taken during our activities may appear on our social media outlets or flyers promoting SUSA.
We will also send a selection of photos to participating families via email or drop-box .
