This is the registration form for centers bring large groups of children.  Please provide plenty of adult supervision for your children.  Teachers/Caregivers will need to supervise, participate and assist children as needed during our programs.  If you need to cancel attending any events please let the Library know ASAP.

Photos will be taken at the Vicksburg District Library's events.  Photos and videos that appear on the Vicksburg District  Library’s website and promotional materials may be gathered from public programs, events, and library spaces. Attendance at Vicksburg District Library programs, events, or library spaces constitutes consent to be photographed for use in print and/or electronic publicity for the Vicksburg District Library. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.
