Chromebooks and iPads will be available to families in need of a device grades K-7 during the school closure period. Complete by Friday, March 27, 2020 at 12:00pm.

This form is for NEW requests. If your household has already received a device, please take into consideration that we have a limited number of devices available.

Pickup will be at the following locations on Monday, March 30, 2020 from 11am - 1pm:

Hoover Complex Parking Lot outside Door 25 - Hoover MS, Lindbergh El

Franklin Elementary Parking Lot outside Doors 18 & 19 - Franklin MS, Franklin El, Edison El

Holmes Elementary Near Lunch Distribution - Holmes El
