Understanding Dyslexia: Tools for Parents & Activities for Kids

Attend an informational session with "L2 Literacy & Learning" to find out ways to prepare kids for reading, language based learning disabilities, signs and early identification of dyslexia, testing, and how to navigate the IEP process and special education at school. Fun literacy based games and activities will be provided for children 4+ while parents attend the session. This program is a collaboration with the Broomfield Library and the Broomfield Early Childhood Council.

Saturday, July 24th from 10-11:30am

This program will take place outside. Wear sunscreen and bring water. The Broomfield Library will provide snacks for kids and refreshments for adults. Weather permitting. Broomfield Public Health guidelines will be followed.
