I understand that to be placed on a litter list, I need to fill out this form completely and pay the non-refundable $500 reservation fee. That fee will go toward the total purchase price of my new puppy (that does not include Utah sales tax, to be paid if you pick up the puppy in person or live in Utah.) If I decide I no longer want a puppy, or if I find a puppy elsewhere, or for any other reason I am unable to complete the purchase, I understand that the $500 is non-refundable and will not be returned to me. *

I understand that a puppy's estimated weight is not a guarantee. I also understand that the coloring of many Doodles fades over time, and that there is as of yet no DNA test for the fading gene. I agree to love my puppy even if its coloring lightens as it grows into an adult. *

I understand that families choose in the order of the litter list, and families can choose any of the puppies available to them at their time of choosing. If a family is unreachable by phone during their pre-specified allotted time, they will forfeit their pick placement. *

I understand that my order on the litter list is reserved until I take my puppy home, and my spot cannot be transferred to someone else. I also understand that once I officially pick my puppy, I cannot trade to a different puppy. If I wish to trade to a different available puppy after all picks are completed, I agree to pay an additional $500 puppy change fee. *

I am aware that puppies can have certain common ailments upon coming home. Urinary tract infections, parasites, ear infections, and allergy issues are all common. While Wonderful World Doodles does all it can to keep your puppy healthy, including routine wormings and first set of vaccinations, sometimes the stress of leaving can cause things to flare. I am aware that it will be my responsibility to treat and care for my new puppy. *

I understand that puppies have a good amount of energy. They will need training, exercise, and love. Doodles can be mouthy as puppies. This is NOT aggression, but normal puppy mouthing (exploring the world with their mouth). Doodles love to chew and dig, and if given the chance they will relandscape or redesign for you. A proper environment filled with mental and physical stimulation is required to fulfill their innate needs. I will watch the Realistic Expectations Video (also found on step 5 of our How to Adopt page on our website) and take the corresponding New Puppy Quiz before receiving my new puppy. *

I understand it is not Wonderful World Doodles job to train my puppy for me beyond eight weeks. I am welcome to text Lizzy for help with her limited experience, but best case scenario is to enroll with Baxter and Bella's Online Training Program or to reach out to a professional dog trainer when I need help. *

I understand and agree that I am making a committment to Wonderful World Doodles to pick up my puppy myself, or use someone else to pick up my puppy, by the specified pickup date set for my specific litter. I will not get on a litter list if I cannot pick up my puppy by the date specified for that litter. *

I understand that I will be charged Utah Sales Tax of 7.25% of the total cost of my puppy on top of the full sale price if I live in Utah, or if I pick up the puppy myself in Utah. If I don't live in Utah, and I use a third party to transport my puppy to me out of state, it is up to me to pay my own state's sales tax on the purchase of my puppy when I file my state taxes. *

I understand that there is no trial period or return and refund policy for my puppy outside of the Health Guarantee specified in the purchase agreement. I am always welcome to return my puppy to Wonderful World Doodles if need be, but I understand that no refund will be given. I will make sure my whole family is ready for a new puppy, and I will know ahead of time if any of my family has dog allergies. Wonderful World Doodles' Cuddle Cavapoos are all considered hypoallergenic and low to non-shed, (as much as a human sheds hair) but some people can be allergic to dogs' saliva or dander. *

If I have an existing pet, I am aware that there is always a transition period for pets to adjust to each other. I know that dog trainers can be a big help during the transition time. *
