PATH 2020-2021 Registration
Welcome to PATH 2020/2021 Registration!  Use this form to register or make changes to your PATH schedule.

If you wish to delete classes, please email pathrochester@gmail.com.

Please read the below in it's entirety before proceeding:

First, please note that parents *must create a Google Pay account* by going to pay.google.com.  Registration fee of $40/family and is due the same day of registration (today).  If you do not pay the registration fee, we cannot hold your place in line.  The registration fee is non-refundable.

*Go do that now prior to registering.  It is quick and easy.*

1)  Register at  --->   pay.google.com
2)  Send $40 to pathrochester@gmail.com
3) Proceed with the instructions below only after your registration fee has been paid.

Note that this year we have *two registration windows*:

Priority Registration for returning families begins *April 27th and Ends *May4th*.
New PATH family registration begins *May 11th* and continues through August.

While the registration fee is due immediately, tuition payment(s) begin(s) July 1st, depending on your payment preference selected within the form. (You will choose your payment method below).

You can register up to 4 students using this form.  Note classes are listed in order by time offered.

Finally, please list the *parent's email* address in the first field.  After you are registered, we will send you other forms and waivers to fill out prior to your first day of PATH.
