Request must be processed by office leads who will be sent this request digitally from this from. A request may take 24 to 48 hours to review and processed.
If you are requesting time across Offices in a Suite, such as:
Monday in Ofc 1 from 8 to 2 pm and
Wednesday in Ofc 3 from 4 to 8
you will need to submit a request for each office time you request.
If you request time in an office that is already in use, it will be rejected. Office leads and CJ get a copy of each request. The office lead may reject a request and reach out to you to work with you to find other options. Only the Provider in use of office space can remove their time. Removing someone's name to get office space will not be approved and may result in reporting to CJ.
