Recogniton of Overseas Infection Records
All individuals who are infected with COVID-19 overseas and would like to have their infection records ingested into Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) via Patient Risk Profile Portal (PRPP). 

A discharge memo or recovery certificate issued by a foreign authority or foreign medical practitioner indicating the confirmation of the COVID-19 infection of the patient through either of the following:

     i.            a positive test result from a PCR test administered outside Singapore; OR

     ii.           a positive test result from an ART supervised or administered outside Singapore; OR

     iii.          a positive test result from a serology test administered outside Singapore that is not attributable to the administration of any vaccine against a COVID-19 infection

The verification might be conducted over zoom if required. Details for the zoom login will be emailed to you.
