Agency Application
Athena Digital Design is currently accepting applications from Class of 2021-2023 Barnard students to join our Agency. Please note that we will NOT accept students who are graduating in Fall 2020.

You must have taken Athena Digital Design Agency's HTML/CSS class with a couple exceptions: if you have taken our JavaScript class and haven't taken our HTML/CSS course, but feel that you have sufficient web development skills, you may still apply; or if you have taken a similar class and feel you have equivalent experience, feel free to apply.

Agency Member Expectations:
Web Developers for the Athena Digital Design Agency work directly with ADDA's clients and make roughly $33/hr building websites. Our developers receive ongoing support from ADDA's leadership team and project managers, as well as notification of special events that are especially relevant to our coders.

All Agency members (ADDA web developers) must familiarize themselves with the ADDA Guidebook; this resource discusses standards and expectations for technical and client-facing aspects of our projects. Our developers may additionally be responsible for attending at least two ADDA professional development workshops per semester.

Note: if you are not initially accepted into the Agency, we will work with you towards gaining future admission (contingent on your completion of the HTML/CSS class).
