Please fill out this form with all required information.  Select 3 preferred Day & Time volunteer options.  Spots are limited but we will do the best we can to accommodate your first choice. You must be in 7th grade or above to be a volunteer.  A consent and waiver form must be signed by a legal guardian which may be obtained at the Literacy Center. You will be notified as to which day and time you have been assigned to volunteer.  Our Spring After-School Session runs from March 15, 2023 to May 18, 2023.
