Hello! We here at the ZotCon University Student Council are happy to announce that we are now planning our next event, the ZotCon University Annual School Festival 2023!!! (or just ZotCon 2023)

For those of you who do not know, ZotCon University is a fictional university set in Irvine, CA. Every year, however, we as an organization aim to host our annual event, the ZotCon University Annual School Festival. We are excited that we are able to host another festival for you this year!

So... When exactly is ZotCon 2023? WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.................

What: ZotCon University Annual School Festival 2023
When: Sunday, May 21, 2023
Where: UCI Conference Center, Irvine, CA
Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

This year we unfortunately will be increasing the price of admission to our event. Although we are able to receive funding from UCI for our event, there were other costs that could not receive any funding and we could not recoup our losses from our previous event, meaning our Student Council members had to use their own money to run the event. We want to prevent that from happening this year and hope to have some surplus at the end so we can make future events even better with an increased budget! We hope you can understand why we increased the admission prices and we hope you keep on supporting ZotCon!

TICKETS GO ON SALE JANUARY 1st, 2023!

- Free admission for the first 300 UCI students
- $5 for UCI Students
- $10 for General Admission

Interested in being a Panelist at ZotCon 2023? Sign up below!

Panels at ZotCon 2023 will run throughout the day. Since we only have a single room, the number of panels will be limited. Panels will be chosen by a number of factors, with our Student Council having final say on who we accept and/or reject. We will also have a waitlist for our panels list in the event that one of our chosen panels can no longer attend.

If you or your group has been selected to perform, an email of acceptance will be sent following the application deadline.
