1. Complete the online registration form.
2. Have proof of registration payment (e-transfer or arrange to drop cheques off at the school).
3. Complete waiver/disclaimer forms from the Registration Package, and either email to
registrar@discoverypreschoolyyc.com or arrange to drop off at the school.
Spots will be granted on a first come, first serve basis based on payments on registration day. Payments will not be accepted until the online registration form below is completed.
*Please note, we are a volunteer-run school, when sending an email to the registrar please expect a reply within two business days.
Note Discovery Preschool ("DP") collects, uses and discloses personal information provided on this registration form (and any other documents provided to and completed by registrants) only for DP purposes, including but not limited to completion of student registrations and maintenance of records to meet licensing requirements. Your contact information (e.g. email, phone number) will only be used in relation to DP purposes, including but not limited to confirmation of registration, preschool communications such as newsletters and teacher updates, and coordination of parent volunteer schedules. For further clarity, contact information may be shared with other parents/guardians in your child's class or with members of the DP Executive Committee as may be needed for DP purposes.
