Each family only needs to fill out one form. Start with family information, then student information. A * indicates a required field. Please note that there are multiple pages to complete. Even if you have registered in past years, we ask that you fill this form out again so that we can have updated information. (our system is also not smart enough to copy old information)

*學費 Tuition costs: 1st child $610, 2nd child $585, 3rd child (and beyond) $555.
*書本材料費 materials fee: $50 each child.
*註冊費 registration fee: $40/student - this fee is waived for returning students if they register online and pay the full amount before August 15, 2020.  2020年8月15日 前註册並繳交學費之旧生可免除註册费.

Please bring payment to the Chinese school office when classes are in session. Make checks (no cash) payable to "Pomona Valley Chinese School" (not "PVCS").
