This form is to determine student interest in athletics for the 2020-2021 school year. Please note that seasons will be limited to 6 weeks under the proposed timeline and are subject to state and local guidelines as they pertain to COVID-19. By completing this form we as an athletic administration can better plan for coaches, scheduling of practices/competitions and other logistical components for athletics. Without this information or enough student interest we may be limited to what can be offered as restrictions are lifted. Please note that not all sports listed below will be offered for the 2020-2021 school year, however looking forward if there is enough student interested they may be added.
