ABOUT - The Archives is a Ghanaian brand enhancing and changing the face of thrifting. We collect unique finds from your closet, transform and provide wider thrifting offers. We are all about sustainability and affordability. Call us the CEDI SAVERS. 


HOW IT WORKS
We simply help you save space and earn some money as you clear your closet and for our thrift lovers, we bring you affordable thrifting offers. See how it works;

To submit:
  1. Fill and submit our application form ( scroll down this page ) 
  2. Provide images of items you’d like to clear from your closet ( cloths, shoes, bags etc) 
  3. An approval / declined message will be sent upon review of your submission 
  4. Items can be dropped off to our site at Adenta Housing down on a schedule 
  5. Note; an item may be rejected upon our second review when items arrive at our site 
  6. Items declined may be picked up or donated to the NAAF clothing fund for charity 
  7. A unique code of your items will be sent to you for identification 
  8. 60% of the sale price will be sent to you on each item submitted on a successful sale made.
  9. Not that, except for new items with tags , all preloved items are priced at a standard pricing for the thrift market.

  1. The Archives brand is here for all thrift lovers
  2. drop offs / pickup cost is bared by the customer
  3. Only items clean from stains , tears and wears will be accepted 
  4. We do not accept underwear for hygiene reasons
  5. One can only submit items within the quantity range set by us. Example; application opened to submit 5 items mean you can submit up to 5 items and nothing more than that.
  6. During our second review (physical evaluation of items) , we do not hold accountability of items that does not meet our specifications. These items may be returned to you at your cost upon request or donated to charity 
  7. If person A submits item(s)and its been approved for sale, the item(s) can be taken off sale after 8 weeks  upon request or kept on sale until its cleared by a buyer.




OUR POLICY
  • All persons interested in clearing out their closet with us must go through our application process of filling our forms and submitting 
  • All persons must read , understand and comply with our terms and conditions 
  • Drop offs are on a scheduled date and time. Failure to meet the agreed schedule will lead to cancellation until the next drop off scheduled by us.
