出店料：個人出店 600B(テーブル・イス・什器等が必要な場合は、各自ご用意ください)
　　　　プロ出店 1200B(180×75cmのテーブル１台、イス１脚込)
ブースサイズ：２×２ｍ
＊個人出店とはご家庭で不要になった中古品等を販売する方を指します。企業、ショップ、ブランド等、自社製品を販売される方はプロ出店となります。
＊テーブル(1台200B)、イス(1脚100B)は追加することが可能です。必要な場合はお申し出ください。

＊Individual sellers are those who sell used goods that are no longer needed at home. Companies, stores, brands, etc. that sell their own products are considered professional sellers.
＊Tables (200B per table) and chairs (100B per chair) can be added. Please let us know if you need them.

【ブース代のお支払いついて About the booth fee payment】
●申込から3日以内にご入金ください。入金先は、お申込みが確認出来次第、お知らせさせていただきます。
Please make payment within 3 days of application. We will inform you of the payment address as soon as your application is confirmed.


【禁止事項 Prohibited matter】
■ブース内での火気の使用。
　Use of fire in the booth
■現場で調理が必要なものや、ナマモノなどの販売。
　Sale of items that need to be cooked on-site and raw goods


【注意事項 notes】
●参加者は、５月１日の72時間前までにATK検査の陰性写真を提出していただきます。
Participants are required to submit negative proof of ATK testing at least 72 hours prior to May 1.

●駐車場利用について（出店者に限る）Parking lot usage (for stall holders only)
1出店につき1台のみ＝100Bでご利用可能です。
お申込み後、駐車場をご利用されるに印が付いた方は別途お知らせいたします。
Only one car is available per stall = 100B.
Those who have applied for the parking lot and have marked "use parking lot" will be notified separately.

●出店に関して、こちらの開催時間内であれば、開始時間、終了時間、また途中の休憩などは出店者様にお任せします。
We will leave the start and end times of stalls, as well as breaks in the middle of the event, up to the stall owner.

●出店の終了時間は14:00〜17:00までの間で自由です。あらかじめ終了時間の目安がある方は教えてください。
Stalls are free to end between 14:00 and 17:00. Please let us know in advance if you have an estimated ending time.

●お友達とのシェア出店でも問題ありません。代表者がお申込み下さい。
Sharing a stall with a friend is not a problem. Please have a representative apply.

●当日搬入時間について
開催時間2時間前から※別途お知らせします。

●領収書発行の場合は7%かかります。お渡しは当日か、別途送付します。

●会場先のテナント様と重なるような出店内容の場合、お断りすることもございますこと、ご了承ください。

【キャンセルポリシー Cancellation Policy】
●やむを得ない事情でキャンセルする場合は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。
　If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us.

●キャンセル料金について
　出店料のお支払い後のキャンセル・変更はできません。原則、出店料の返金はできませんが、状況に応じて返金を判断する場合もあります。
No cancellations or changes can be made after the stall fee has been paid. In principle, stall fees are non-refundable, but refunds may be determined based on circumstances.

●政府による指示、会場側の都合など、やむを得ない事情でイベントの開催が困難になった場合は、全額ご返金致します。
In the event that the event cannot be held due to unavoidable circumstances such as government directives, venue circumstances, etc., a full refund will be given.
