You must complete this form to confirm your child's registration in classes. At that time, registration fees must be submitted to secure your child's placement in confirmed classes.

Once form is completed and approved by our staff AND registration fees are received, placement in the classes selected & approved will be reserved for your child. We will contact you with your class schedule once the schedule is complete.

Registration Fees must be sent via PayPal "Sending To A Friend" option to letsdance@dancerscornerstudio.com or dropped in the outside dropbox at the studio.

Registration Fees:
First child is $110, each additional sibling is $90 (discount only applies to siblings in the same household)
