AGREEMENT
As a buyer of BlackAwakeningDay.org (B.A.D.) products ("gear"), I understand that:
1) B.A.D. is presently an informal organization dedicated to waking the Black Populace up to the fact that the present world order is corrupt, inept, and racially hostile and that the Black Populace needs to build its own support structure to shield itself from any difficulties this reprobate world manifests.
2)
when wearing/displaying B.A.D. gear, I am to show reasonable
respect to all entities I encounter and am not to associate the
B.A.D. brand with any cause/action hostile to humanitarian
principles and/or in violation to decent conduct.
3)
normally, all orders will be shipped to B.A.D. for inspection
before being relayed to me, but, because of the nature of printed goods,
I must accept any reasonable outcome regarding the B.A.D. goods I
receive; however, for those in which I and B.A.D. disagree, I
have the option of having B.A.D. file a claim with the printer,
whereby, if accepted by the printer, I will either be reimbursed
financially or will receive a replacement of the item(s) disputed. For
those items B.A.D. finds unacceptable, B.A.D. will
guarantee my satisfaction via retention of the unacceptable item(s) and
the immediate refund of my funds or replacement.
4) Because printing may be done overseas, I expect to wait approximately 2 to 3 weeks on my order--but will allow up to 6 weeks before requesting action and/or a refund.
5) B.A.D. has the
right to revise this AGREEMENT at any time but must fulfill any
pre-existing obligations and grant me the right to decide to continue or
abandon any further participation regarding such revisions.
