This form will help to provide all of the information I may need to carry out your reading (don't worry, there isn't too much!) while also ensuring you have all of the information you need to stay safe and grounded during this process. Please read on and complete everything necessary as soon as possible after purchasing your reading.

Throughout this document the client will be referred to as “you” and Ceryn Rowntree will be referred to as “Ceryn”.

What to expect
Soul Integration Readings are personally channelled messages and insights shared with you in video format. Each video will be at least 30 minutes long, with each reading comprising of two such videos in the same email.

These will be shared directly with you by email including links to two unlisted videos on YouTube.

If you would prefer a downloadable version of this video, please contact Ceryn within one month of receiving your readings.

Keeping us both safe
As listed on our website, by purchasing a reading you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of purchase:

1. Your Soul Integration Reading will be delivered to the email address provided within six weeks of ordering.

2. To carry out these readings Ceryn will connect directly to your energy during your recording(s) and for 30-minutes before. This will be done solely for the purposes of your reading, and once complete she will step back and disconnect from your energy. You should not experience any adverse reactions to this connection, but may be aware of a change to your energy during this time.

3. In accordance with UK law, please note that any information given in these packs is for guidance only, and any actions taken are done so at your own choice and responsibility. Although Ceryn wholeheartedly believes in her own connection and the information she shares, mediumship, past life and ancestral insights are not scientifically proven and we must advise you that any readings are for entertainment only and subject to your own interpretation. Soul Integration Readings are available to over 18s only. 

4. No refunds are possible once your document has been delivered.

Confidentiality
All information shared by Ceryn will remain completely confidential. Where individual words or sentiments are shared outside of your reading, this will be completely anonymised with all context and identifiable information removed.

Ceryn is also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and collects and stores any Personal Data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act (2018).
