Dormition Greek School Registration Form 2023-2024
Welcome to our Dormition Church’s Greek School in Somerville, MA. Located in the heart of Somerville and teaching the Greek language for more than 10 decades, our Greek School strives to provide a learning environment stressing both academic and social experiences through a curriculum that integrates Hellenic culture and Orthodox faith.

Education in Greek language and culture is a necessity for children to develop and maintain a Greek consciousness while living in a multi-ethnic American homeland. Our Greek School instills in its students a love and understanding of being Greek. It provides them the opportunity to develop their Greek-American identity, enrich their lives through recognition of their ancient heritage.

Children attend Greek classes twice a week on Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The Greek classes are specially designed for their age and level. All of our Greek classes are conducted by qualified teachers working with a curriculum, which is specifically designed for children learning Greek as a second language.

Our Greek School will offer Grades Pre-K thru 6 (depending on number of registered students). If you have any questions you may contact us, at greekschool@dormitionchurch.org
