Neenah Lutheran School: Scrip Program Agreement
Neenah Lutheran School (NLS) sponsors a SCRIP program for eligible participants which allows the purchase of gift or shopping cards from various merchants and generates rebates from those merchants. The rebates can be used as a credit towards tuition at NLS, a charitable donation to NLS, or cash back. To be eligible to participate, purchaser must be associated with a student of NLS, and/or a member of Trinity Lutheran Church or Martin Luther Church ("Participant"). Please indicate your association below, and your choice concerning the use of your rebate. The rebates that you generate will be distributed annually for the following school year tuition (The "Distribution Period"). The SCRIP year runs from May 1 through April 30. All rebates are split ninety percent (90%) to the designated family / ten percent (10%) to the SCRIP program.

In the event no tuition is due the following school year, for any reason, including but not limited to graduating students, withdrawal of students, or expulsion of students, the accrued tuition credits shall default into the general NLS Tuition Assistance Fund and be treated as a charitable contribution within the Distribution Period.

Annual statements will be provided following the end of each Scrip year. Charitable contributions will be acknowledged pursuant to sections 170(f)(8) and 170(f)(17) of the Internal Revenue code.
