Spring 2022 Breakout Session Proposal Form
Sponsor Breakout Session - a 45 minute session with 15 minutes for Q&A. Your customer is the primary presenter. Your company is the co-presenter.

Over the years we received the same feedback regarding Breakout Sessions and in an effort to lean in on this knowledge, Sponsor Breakout Sessions are being redefined. Sponsor Breakout Sessions are to offer free actionable tools and resources as well as stories of success, they should not be sales pitches. Often attendees are not in positions to make financial investments or decisions, and leave the sessions discouraged. It is a must to know your audience. CCCAOE attendees are Deans, Faculty, Administrators and Leaders in Career Education.

A board conference planning committee member will be reaching out to each sponsor individually to clarify the focus and create a positive experience for sponsor and attendees. (use this form to submit your Sponsor Breakout Session Proposal).

The CCCAOE planning committee for the Spring 2022 Conference is looking for proposals that lead to STRENGTHENING CONNECTION, PARTNERSHIPS, INNOVATION, SHARING the voices of those who aren't being heard, and HIGHLIGHTING the great work that is happening all across the state.

CCCAOE invites proposals that foster discovery and problem solving through idea sharing and community building. CCCAOE strongly encourages proposals that include a panel of presenters, voices of students, and sessions that give practical tools to take back to campuses. The sessions should be INNOVATIVE and FRESH. We seek to highlight the how and why of practices, strategies, or models and to facilitate reflection and engagement that helps translate VISION into Communities of Practice ultimately guiding the work you do on your campus and addressing the need to retain students and help them build successful careers.

The committee will consider proposals that foster COLLABORATION, AND CREATING A BRIDGE FOR STUDENT SUCCESS in the following areas:

⭐️ Program Funding and Finance
⭐️ JDEI - Justice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
⭐️ Community and Employer Partnerships
 
Please fill out each section to be considered for a Breakout Session Presentation. Our Spring 2022 Conference will be held at HYATT REGENCY in Sacramento, CA.

Sponsor Breakout Session Proposal
Sessions should provide promising practices that support student success, high-quality professional learning opportunities, student engagement & retention, system practices, using data to build high-quality programs, and building better hiring practices.

If the proposal is accepted, You will be notified via email and at that time you can confirm your session TITLE and DESCRIPTION that will be published in all Conference Materials. as well as provide all the information for all the speakers of your session.
 
Your description should be an accurate description of what you intend to present. It should be written to interest CCCAOE members to attend.
 
Remember that sessions run concurrently so attendees must be able to see at a glance what your session has to offer. What is your HOOK?

CCCAOE encourages collaborative partnership/panel presentations where career education professionals, campus colleagues, and industry partners are presenting together. Including Students is highly recommended.
