TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* It is understood that the student has signed and will always adhere to the guidelines stated in the Responsible Use of Technology Agreement - Student (AF140-A).

* It is the student’s responsibility to keep the computer safely and securely charged  in the designated cart at the Learning Commons.  The computer is not to be taken home.

* Any repairs beyond normal wear and tear will be paid by the borrower. If the computer is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the borrower to replace the unit with the same make and model, or pay the cost to replace the computer.

* If the borrower is having operational problems, it should be immediately returned to the Learning Commons to get fixed or to get a replacement unit (depends on availability). Any defects are to be disclosed right away or it will be assumed to be in proper working condition.
