8th Annual Trunk or Treat

Check-in from 12:00-3:30 PM only. Exhibitors must set up by 3:45 PM

* Vehicle space is FREE. Event is FREE to the public. This event is fully funded by sponsorships and donations

* Please be prepared. Dress warmly and comfortably. Bring a heat source if you can. Arrange for a meal break or bring a snack.

* You are responsible cleanup of your space.

Teardown must occur between 7:30 and 8:15pm – due to safety concerns, vehicles will not be allowed to leave until the event is over.  No Exceptions!

* No smoking or open flames allowed at your trunk space

* No alcoholic beverages

* Electricity is not provided.

* Only individually wrapped candy can be passed out. No homemade food items

* All candy is subject to inspection for safety reasons.

Trunks: Bring enough candy for 4000 children. (one piece per child)

* All vehicles will provide their own volunteers.

* Each vehicle will provide a child appropriate prize and/or candy in exchange for participation of attendees.

* Candy will NOT be denied to any child- regardless of age, race or abilities

* There will be a prize for best decorated vehicle!

* No vehicles allowed to participate unless registered by Oct. 20th 

There are four ways to participate:

Trunks- Decorate a trunk and handout treats. If you will have any games or activities at your trunk other than handing out treats, please also mark the Activity box.

Sponsors- donate funds, services, treat bags, or treats to support this event; in return your name will be displayed on event marketing

Vendor- Sell foods or other items- To ensure participation, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required

Activity- Create an activity such as a spook-walk, movie, game, pumpkin carving, photo booth, bouncy house, DJ booth etc.

Any photography taken at or during the event of yourself, or vehicle, can be used for Spring Creek Association promotional purposes. Participation in this program may involve risk of injury. As a parent, guardian, or participant, I am aware of these hazards and my ability to participate. In consideration for participation in the program(s) listed above, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all claims of damage against the Elko County School District or Spring Creek Association, its successors and assigns, employees, agents, and representatives for any and all kinds of injury, including but not limited to personal injury and/or property damage suffered by my child, or myself, or my ward, while participating in this activity. In addition, I give my permission for the child(ren) to be treated by qualified medical personnel in the event that I cannot be reached at the phone numbers provided. The Elko County School District and Spring Creek Association are NOT responsible for loss, theft, damages or injuries.

**Vendors: NV State Tax Collection, reporting and payment of tax is solely the responsibility of the vendor. Packets will be provided at check-in & must be returned to Vendor Coordinator by 8:15pm
