The John Mckenzie House is located one block east of Yonge Street, and a few blocks north of Empress Ave (between Sheppard and Finch Ave). With easy access to TTC bus and subway stations and free parking during the evenings and weekends, this is an ideal venue for events or small gatherings.

This opportunity has been made available by the WCRA, and with the support of the Ontario Historical Society, which has worked to restore and maintain the house for the benefit of the community since 1991.

The John Mckenzie house offers approximately 1,700 sq feet of indoor space, spread across four rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. In addition, this venue has a large wrap-around porch and is located on a spacious property with access to a city park.
